We use Wrike to streamline the project workflow and to keep all communication in one place. It’s so nice to be able to check the status of a project without needing to spend emails or make meetings. It really saves so much time and cuts down on mistakes.

Wrike is great for advanced projects and large projects with a lot of moving pieces but can be seen as overwhelming for anyone new to project managing programs.

Usability

I personally feel like it’s a great project management options however I witnessed several other team members struggle with it. Not sure what the answer to fix that would be. I also only use a small portion of Wrike compared to all the features it offers.

Alternatives Considered

monday CRM, Teamwork.com and Asana

Great for large project and/or complex projects. However there can be a learning curve. I would possibly choose a different platform if I am working with non-techy team members.

It works really well on big projects like an event or strategic marketing. Makes it easy to have several things going on at once and keeping everything moving. For teams who are especially remote it makes teamwork a breeze and really cuts down on emails and meetings.
