Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We use Wrike in our organization to connect with our clients so they can review their product proof before production. It helps set a timeline for these cases as well as it helps to organize our submissions by brand. In Wrike, they can let us know easily if they would like something to be modified so that we can go ahead and submit it again with the new proof's orders.

Pros

  • Allows for a review date to be assigned to different Wrike jobs.
  • Provides a dashboard where I can see all my current jobs.
  • Send notifications of any change done to the jobs.

Cons

  • Provide a window with tutorials for different features so users have an easier access.
  • Add more category filters for jobs.
  • Allow the users to assign more people to receive notifications for a job after its created.
  • Improved operational efficiency by helping automate task like sending assignments to set departments depending on the jobs.
  • Helps save time for a lot of tasks within the company, since it simplifies the process by dividing each job according to the necessities of the company.
  • Pricing can be an issue, especially if there's an increase in licensing costs, depending on how many people are required to access the platform.
No, I have not. The only automaton feature I have personally used has been when I create a new job, hat it automatically notifies the people involved in the other department to let them know there has been issued a new request and that they should get back to me at the latest depending on the estimated ready date I have set previously on the form.
Because it is very easy to use. Even people who we have given access to outside our company (clients) have a very easy time finding out how to set up any request as well as comments for review, especially since everything is handled on the platform instead of going back and forth in different email chains.
We use both Wrike and Smartsheet to satisfy our necessities. Smartsheet gives us a platform to input more information, while in Wrike we stablish contact with our customers for proofing before product development; information that goes directly into our Smartsheet once the Wrike jobs are completed. We selected each of them to satisfy our current companies necessities.
