Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We use Wrike as part of our intake request process for our digital products. In the past, we've struggled with having an aligned process for our business stakeholders to submit requests for changes, updates, and features for our digital products and Wrike helps our product owners intake, assess, and prioritize the requests.

Pros

  • Roadmap Tool
  • Product Feature Planning
  • Helps ensure aligned communication
  • Helps keep teams informed on requests and status of requests

Cons

  • The UI is a bit confusing, especially for new users or users who aren't tech savvy
  • Editing the roadmap/calendars is a bit confusing
  • I wish the dashboard was more customizable
  • Cost savings due to time savings for our Product Owners
  • Less meetings to plan or provide updates on work
  • Improved communication across the team on larger projects
  • Improved overall work quality
I haven't used any of the AI features in Wrike
Overall, I think Wrike is great when it comes to helping us implement better workflows and processes and helps our team stay aligned on incoming requests and the status of work. The overall usability is great for our day to day use cases, but I do think there's room for improvement on how we're interacting with the product.
I've used monday.com in the past for project and task management for a large team. Wrike is better suited when it comes to integrating with our development tools (such as Azure Dev Ops integration) as monday.com didn't offer that functionality. I also prefer the calendar (roadmap) tool that we're using in Wrike.

Do you think Wrike delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Wrike's feature set?

Yes

Did Wrike live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Wrike go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Wrike again?

Yes

Wrike is great for larger, cross functional teams to help with planning and collaboration. The alerts for upcoming tasks is helpful and the capability to create forms and tag them for different teams is great to help handle incoming requests and alert the necessary team members. The layout of the dashboard can be a bit confusing though, and until you get used to the interface, it can be a bit tough to find what you're looking for.
