Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
For the EWD district we use Wrike as an organizational tool and a tracking tool for purchase orders and student intake processing progress. Our team highly depends on Wrike to do day to day tasks. One of the problems we have faced is keeping track of progress of a task and Wrike helps us accomplish that. We are able to communicate as well in that task which is a really nice feature, so all the people who are apart of that task can see the latest update and what the possible next steps are.
Pros
- Task progress
- Communication
- organization
- personal space for your own task
Cons
- using the Gantt chart can be a little confusing and a bit time consuming to build out.
- Building a few things in Wrike is tedeous,
- the Wrike certification training had spelling errors and instructions werent always so clear. The videos were tedious as well and it would be better if it was a how to video togo along side with the practice part of the cert
- Improved work completion
- Improved managemet
I personally have not use the AI features in Wrike yet. However I do plan on using it when school starts in the fall semester. This will help tremendously when working on some assignments in my master's program. I think this platform is not only good for organizations but for students too. There should be contract if the org is a school the students should have access to Wrike as well. This will help them with their projects.
Wrike has everything and all the information in one place which is really nice. with other platforms you have to use multiple apps at once and it can get overwhelming.
