Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
I like how Wrike brings everything into one place and makes our workflow smoother. It’s helped reduce back-and-forth and improved visibility across tasks.
Pros
- Flexible workflows & project structure
- Good for collaboration & feedback / approvals
- Multiple ways to view and manage work
Cons
- If not managed carefully, a very flexible system can lead to inconsistencies or “too many custom fields/workflows.
- Some advanced features (e.g. deeper automation, full reporting, integrations) may require a paid plan, so for a small team or limited use, cost vs benefit should be considered.
- Because Wrike is flexible and feature-rich, there can be a steep learning curve — new users (or teams) sometimes find it overwhelming initially.
- Help you move from spreadsheets to a more structured, centralised project management platform.
- Provide a single source of truth — with tasks/statuses, comments, approvals, and history all in one place (less back-and-forth email threads).
- Support complex/multi-stage workflows — for example: supplier → vendor paths → product sheets → content creation → QA → publish/archive — without losing track of responsibilities or bottlenecks.
Not yet
I find Wrike far more robust, especially for multi-step processes and team collaboration. It’s more flexible and suits our operational needs better than Monday.
