Overall Satisfaction with Wunderlist

We use it as task software in our project management department. It helps keep track of everyone’s tasks and notes and keeps the team members informed.
  • Task reminders.
  • Email reminders.
  • Desktop notifications.
  • Closing the product is cumbersome.
  • Has helped us with time management.
  • Drag and drop feature is great.
It is more simple, direct, and easy to manage. Also, the price point is much less than most, if not all CRM's on the market.
I haven't needed to call support!

Wunderlist has real-time notifications that are well suited when a task is completed. The team is notified promptly. It is less appropriate when a team member forgets to put a task in the system. The synchronization is very helpful between this app and other integrations.
