Xactly Incent was brought in to replace our existing, multiple spreadsheet process with an automated tool. We use it across various departments throughout the organization. Additionally, we support sales incentives for reps in the US, Canada, EMEA, and parts of Asia. It has really helped to increase rep confidence with their sales compensation calculations.

Previously leverage Varicent (acquired by IBM) to run our sales compensation. Where Varicent was very complicated to manage and required IT resources, Xactly is the complete opposite. The tool is 100% owned and configured by the compensation team, without any need at the moment for IT support. Night and day!
