Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent

It's being used across the whole organization to calculate the sales rep commission payout.

  • if Adaptor to link to ERP applications is there that would be great
  • Integration to Upstream and downstream should be there other than excel export or import
We are planning the next year/quarter/month commission rates, special incentives, everything by looking at the details.
It would be great if we had integration tools for upstream and downstream so that we can automate everything.
This is the real scope of improvement, also some of the dashboard which high-level management can see and make the decisions.

Oracle ERP and Oracle Data Warehouse.
We had opty, sales order data integrated into Oracle Data Warehouse and sent the data to Xactly Incent.
From there we are calculating the commissions and then sending back to Workday for commission payments.
The adaptors to connect all these streams were not there, if we had them that would be good application.

Before I joined Xactly Incent stack was used.
I see very good advantages with this but as mentioned in previous questions there is still scope for improvement especially connecting to different upstream and downstream applications.
Also having pre-built dashboard would make the application a better one.
Giving documentation with process flow technically will help them.
It's a very good application where we can have all things calculated with a normal process as well as with the exception process.
We can give our own commission rules, rates as well as we can know in which region we have high sales.
Also know the scope for improvement for Sales Rep by looking at the data.
