Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent
Incent is our global commission management solution. We use it to track sales, commissions and spiffs. It is the record of truth for all things related to commission.
- Easy to use
- Strong reporting
- history is easily accessible
- Analytics. Perhaps it is available and we don't use it, but I'd like to easily see YOY comparisons of all of the data.
- As an AE, my goals and comp are directly related. Incent is an easy to use tool to track where I stand against my goals which allows me to measure my success and/or adjust my plans.
As an individual contributor, I don't use these capabilities. But, as a global company with complex comp rules, my leadership relies upon Incent to develop annual plans.
As in individual contributor, I do not take advantage of these capabilties.
Through the seamless integration, I have confidence that the data is up to date. and accurate whether I log into Xactly or if I review "comp" within Salesforce.
Each of these departments is involved in developing our annual comp plans. Xactly is relied upon as a source of truth to assure all are on the same page.
I've not been involved in commission system selection but I have used other systems elsewhere. Incent is by far the best I have used and a system I have come to trust completely.
