Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent

We use xactly to administer the bonuses and commissions for the sales organization within our company.
The business problem I find the most annoying is the fact that we have to manually refresh the data and recalculate.
The refresh cannot be performed at any time because we might affect another team that uses the tool in parallel.

Performing quarterly audits to show upper management summaries of accounting balances and achieved targets.
the automatic commission calculations was the benefit
Performing audits they can spot issues within the calculations or already set targets.
I previously used an internally developed compensation tool. The advantage was that the automatically collected lines and manual adjustments were triggered automatically at the end of each day for all the organization working with the tool. There were no overlaps of the running jobs or issues with their running order.

Well suited for Sales organization to view their commission and bonuses. Well suited for Finance organization to review commission and bonuses. Cannot think of any scenario where it is less appropriate.
