Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent

We use Xactly to calculate the performance within our Sales Department.
We have a complex bonus system and therefore it costs us a lot of time.
Xactly make it easier for us to calculate the performance. In the future we would like to payout our sales employees via Xactly.
For now we are still expanding our knowledge.

This topic is not relevant for us yet. We are still trying to implement Xactly completely. After that we will try to improve it.
For now we only use the basics: quota, quota relationships, plan, hierarchy, paycurves etc.
We have our own bonus calculations to set the goals for our colleagues outside of Xactly.
In the future we can invest time to let this be filled in by Xactly based on the performance for example.
I think this could be a nice feature, but we aren't there with our company yet.
The integration of Salesforce have made our live a lot easier.
We can now check all the opportunities from our sales persons and can load this data every day.
the data matches between Xactly and Salesforce which is very nice.
For now we have to align the integration with our own bonus system to make in work for our situation.
Only our Sales department uses Xactly, no other departments.

We have been working on the implementation of Xactly for over 1 year. It is still not implemented completely. I must admit that we have a complex bonus system, but we have spent hours and hours deleting rows which could have saved us a lot of time. If you have a simple bonus system, Xactly would be great. If you have a complex system like we have, reserve a lot of time to implement it.
