Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent®

We use it to calculate the sales commission for all the GTM representatives. It was implemented to calculate and display commissions for Sales, pre-sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and support staff. It has an estimator, a Dashboard for overview and a Team Dashboard & individual incentive statement. It also has Target acceptance module to ensure no discrepancy in Targets assigned in Power BI & the Xactly Incent®.

Based on the overall incentives offered on average and the performance of top performers, it helps to understand the cost incurred in sales incentives. Overall, it is easy to calculate the total cost of SPIFF and the teams that gained it: easy view and faster reporting with Xactly Incent®.
The Usage of Xactly Incent® for Forecasting is very low as the data doesn't provide much insight into Forecasting or Sales quota planning. We use it to calculate the overall performance of the rep in every region, how the region/country has performed and the return on the cost spent per rep.
Integrating with Power BI has made inputting the data into Xactly Incent® easy. Once the data is uploaded, it will generate a statement for every individual based on their incentive plan. To make it further it has a live sync to change the data based on the Power BI. Makes it easier to work with Xactly Incent®.
More straightforward to implement complex incentive plans - faster to implement. Better visibility from the management perspective and user perspective. There are a lot of features to ensure the product is compliant with all the certifications.

Target Setting - As a listed company every GTM rep has to accept the targets assigned to them Incentive Estimator - We can pre-calculate the incentive for the Quarter based on assuming achievement. Statement - We can view the detailed statements of every individual regarding each deal and incentive. Incentive calculation - we could see the incentive we received for the quarter and we will receive for the month
