Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent®
We use Xactly Incent® to track OTE, comp, quota, variable comp and define compensation strategies. it has simplified and streamline our end-to-end incentive compensation programs both for sales and services organization. We use it in conjunction with Anaplan that sets the GRD, and targets by different lines of business. Have been using it for over 5 years at my current company

- Some features that are in Anaplan - Example, Assigning Territories and Regions
- Easy Feed from Salesforce - when we measure booking Targets
- Integration to Oracle
- We can trust the data in Xactly Incent®
- Well defined rules of input and output

The big takeaway is the way we can monitor what is selling well, what products and services. We are able to put incentives when we are trying to promote a product or service. Calculations and reporting is a lot more robust than other platforms. It does not feel like a comp tool - which is good. We use the functionality to monitor sales incentives spend / exposure on simple reports. Able to share data and manage budgets accordingly.
