Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent®

We use Xactly Incent to run our sales compensation process, replacing spreadsheets and manual work.Calculations are automated and sellers can see their earnings in real time, which builds trust. For the business, it saves us a ton of time during month-end close, and lets us quickly see the impact of any comp plan changes. We use it globally across different sales roles and regions, and the Salesforce integration helps us keep everything in one place.Overall, it’s become a key tool for making sure our comp process runs smoothly as we grow.

Pros

  • Tool implementation eliminated an analyst role - so it saved us 75,000 USD
We use sales performance analytics and benchmarking data to ensure our compensation plans are competitive and aligned with business goals. We adjust plan structures, targets, and identify areas where incentives can better drive the behaviors that impact revenue growth. This makes compensation more strategic and results-focused.
We're not currently using that functionality, although we need it - not within our budget momentarily.
SFA integration ensures automated calculations with no manual interventions. It also shows Sellers their bookings.
DocuSign integration helps distribute Sales Compensation Plans in bulk, to multiple Sellers and offers visibility at the manager level.
Our Finance department uses it for calculating accruals.
Captivate IQ offers better pricing and has less limitations in configuration.

+it works really well for my org, as we have a large global sales team with multiple plans, currencies, and payout rules. It scales easily and keeps everything consistent. Makes it easy to track and access.+offers sellers need real-time visibility into their commissions - no more manual dashboards.
- for additional enhancements, the setup and license costs might outweigh the benefits. We're a small company and it's hard to spend our entire budget on 1 functionality.
