Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent®
Xactly Incent® is good tool to handle the bulk data . good at plan document routing. It handle calculations and shows statements in detail. But it fail at reporting part. Building the custom report is big task need to do back and fortth with Xactly Incent® consultant. It is not flexible in terms of statement view modification. and plug in with other applications. AI capabilities are missing in it. However itis good tool for any organization having bulk data to process.

- Configuration part could be made easier. so that Admin will not require consultant's help whenever there is change
- Sequencing of batch processing gives trouble many times. if we miss to allign correct sequence at the time of batch processing
- building a report is bit complex job in Xactly Incent®compared to other tool in market.
- multiple teams use it for performance check for their sales rep
- sometimes sales rep complains about statement detailing. View/ presentation can be modified per market requirement
- sales ops has less visibility on handling the reports.
we manager custom reporting part mostly in excel as building report in analytics require more time and more audit. It is not that much flexible. We are dependant on Xactly Incent® for plan doc, calculation and statement presentation. We customize our payroll file separately. Xactly Incent® does not have visibility on AI capabilities.
we are taking base for Xactly Incent® reports for sales planning and perfomance reporting. Forecasting and territory quota planning handled separately by finance team.
It saved time required for USER setup and connecting workday details in Xactly Incent®.
only sales ops using Xactly Incent® stack ranking report for team performance management at the time of promotions. Rest only commissions team is involved with this tool.
Xactly Incent® is promissing tool in market as it is from long time. and builded the trust with big companies. Whereas rest of the tools are new in market and has most recent features per industry requirement with enough flexibility.

- no need to write formulas again and again can use single formula in multiples section

I don't know whether my organization purchased premium support or not. But when we raise cases to Xactly support. it take time to identify the issue and making it fixed.
Yes - we still have one ticket going on xactly side where we are facing issue in calculation whenever we have to do manual load for few of the attainment adjustment.
yes, I remember one ticket where we are getting incorrect order of commission processing and raised ticket with support team where they provided solution of incorrect entry for order item code. It resolved our issue.
