Overall Satisfaction with Xero

I worked as an accountant in my organization. This that I do in Xero are:
•Record day-to-day transaction •Organize Chart of Accounts •Catch-up and Clean up the current year •Invoicing and Billing •Payroll run •Manage A/Pand A/R •Recurring transactions •Reconcile Bank, CC and other balance sheet accounts •Generate and prepare Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flows

Cons

  • Categorizing the contacts as supplier and customer by uploading dummy bills and invoices
  • As accountant like me, my clients saved time using Xero
I gave this rating because I have been using Xero for 2 years now with different clients, all the key feature of processing an accounting function is in Xero, it's just that there still room for improvement and sometimes that Xero support is under maintenance, so I will wait until I can reach out to someone.
As an accountant, processing my client financial report, yes. It also saved time for them not having to enter all of those manually.
Is it easily to integrate with other accounting software like, Dext and ApprovalMax.
Xero is easily to use than other accounting software.

ApprovalMax, Dext Prepare (with Receipt Bank), MYOB
I always use Xero in migrating from other accounting software to Xero. It is easily to create an account for the client and manage the subscription. I easily mastered the processes in Xero because there are available articles to read and the Xero support is always easy to reach out.
