Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Analytics

We were using Zoho Analytics along with connectors with HR, Project management, IT & helpdesk integration. We feed most of the day-to-day operations, project-related data, market, sales, and Payscale data for insights and visualizations. These insights help in better optimization and catering of resources at the organization and also gives the insights about the market condition.
  • Project management- Jira, sprit tools, Cloud software
  • IT HelpDesk- ticket management, support
  • HR Recruitment and management of applications, onboarding
  • Viewers are provided as "add-ons", this should be basic part of the package.
  • Activity logs of every events is important for audit purpose. it should have been provided with every version.
  • More generics and custom reports support. should be extensible
  • Better aspects of Mobile views, UI/UX in small devices.
  • Improved productivity of teams from deliverable aspect to recruiting.
  • Better insights in overall data, less consistency.
Zoho is quite good relatively, it has a faster response time for most cases, From UI/UX to integration of connectors, they are extendable. Low downtime. The accuracy of insights has been improved, and able to use pre-defined graphs and visualization tools/metrics easily. Custom report building is one of the interesting features, it helps in better reporting insights instead of canned templates and queries.
  • Easy to scale, and integrate different sources of modern data stores and formats.
  • Client APIs are also well-written and documented with multiple paradigm support.
  • Able to handle large skewed uneven datasets.
  • AI-based analytics needs improvement in analysis, there are much better tools and algorithms available.

  • Well suited for integration of different connectors
  • User experience and UI response are quite good comparatively in most cases.
  • Quick and faster setup of operations, and project management tools. Migration is also easy.
  • Analytics dashboard could be better in terms of update of new data.
