Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

Customer engagement is a very complex subject and
organizing the data is quite difficult. Zoho CRM has facilitated me to a great
extent for greeting my customers with an open heart as it equips me with the essential
features, requires for direct communication with my customers. Zoho
CRM has made it possible to run multiple campaigns so that I can covert the
clients in the revenue. Project execution has become so easy to accomplish with
Zoho CRM and now I feel more confident to handle numerous sales and marketing
data.

Pros

  • Through Zoho CRM I am easily managing inquires and quotations because through its data synchronization I remain to update about the most important leads and about the most important customers, thus I am better at handling the sales pipeline.
  • Now I can better assist my customers seven days a week and twenty-four hours a day through its calling services that also helps me to gather their feedback, this data helps me to further bring modifications in my products.
  • With its smart calling service, I can also have live chats with my customers. The interesting thing is it has a unique way of managing different chats at once and template messages create more easiness.

Cons

  • In terms of project managing more modification is require.
  • The application does not focus on the history, I have serious issues about the tracking of the processes and about the reporting of the previous receipts.
  • Sometimes the software gets slower and some buzzing sound starts appearing on my desktop.

most exciting thing is that I have got rid of manual entry of the data because
receipt generation is very easy with Zoho CRM here I create and there I send.
Its multiple integrations with other Zoho applications have facilitated me to

Zoho CRM has quick and responsive technical support. Many of the times I have to discuss matters with them, every single time I get a positive response.
Zoho CRM has a very simple dashboard you will never get in trouble to find the right CRM
management tool. It is designed in such a way the all the information related

take better progressive steps. Zoho
