Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM is great for high-level CRM activities but I love how easy it is to use at small companies as well. It is easy to implement, customize and use also so I highly recommend it for any small business looking to change or try out a CRM. It is one of the few CRM's that offers as much customization as it does but also makes it easy to set up and get going.

For usability, Zoho CRM is hard to beat, not only from the setup and management side of it but also from the user perspective.
The best support is when you never have to contact them. I was able to figure everything out without calling support because the software was so intuitive.
I think Zoho CRM is very good for small businesses since you can really trim down the functionality to just what you need but it is also very robust and can grow with your company as well.
