Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM is an ally to our operation, since it solves most of the common issues with other Onpremise CRM's, regarding database and communication data sync, between our teammates in the organization to always have realtime information about our customers, focusing on real KPM metrics for a perfect cloudstorm and sharing better communication in the organization.

Zoho CRM is an ally to our business, even if we don't have local support (Latin America) for technical queries and requests. As of now we have a reduced cost since all of the integration is now on Cloud, counting also with a better sales collaboration platform for our business.
The configuration level doesn't need an IT expert, but as we shared before a local support team sometimes is really appreciated. Some integrations are like out of the box, so having multiple KPI's and reports will be an easier task to achieve with Zoho CRM, counting with the assistance of the Zoho Tech Team.
Zoho CRM has features like better support, API integration and ROI for our business, and also as shared before the integration capabilities are like out of the box, so gather all of the collaboration sales management that we need to achieve, Zoho CRM is an ally to our operation in general.

If you need to go Cloud with CRM data, Zoho CRM is an ally to our data management, since with all of the integration capabilities it is easy to go with the Corporate Data, and even with the international support we're able to have all of the information like out of the box
