We use it to manage our customer profiles, track our interactions (emails, phone calls, meeting notes), centralize the documents exchanged with the customers, record the deals and leads.
- Allows to create different views to filter the data we need.
- Allow to create new field to customize the information profile as we need them.
- Gives flexibility in the reporting.
- The dashboard page should give us more flexibility in how we want to organize it.
- It is unfortunate that Canvas is only available fully to the Professional version.
- Give us faster access to historical data.
- Give us easy access to sales information when on the road.
- Allow us a better knowledge of our customer.
Zoho CRM is more intuitive than Salesforce and is easier to customize for basic needs. You do not necessarily need to have a tech engineer on-site to do the job.
