Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

I like the way all the leads, meetings, accounts, quotes, and products are tightly integrated into each other, which makes it easy for our sales department to get all the required data at once. I get access to all my data and love the UI; it is really simple, and there is no learning curve. It's very easy to use. My team got used to the tool within no time.

There's zero learning curve to use this platform. Even a new team member can use it without any problems. It has a very clean and simple UI, which makes it one of the best. [It] also saves a lot of time training each and every new team member to get used to the tool. Simple, easy, and clean.
Very easy to migrate data from other services, customer service was brilliant in helping us migrate the data from HubSpot. Most of the data can be migrated just by connecting to the other services. Zoho CRM pulls all your data and is ready to use on Zoho CRM without any hiccups. They have clear documentation and a huge community to help if you are facing any problem.
Zoho is cost-effective and brings more value with other tools on their platform, from emails to invoices all in one place. There is no need [to manage] multiple subscriptions if you choose Zoho One, which gives all their tools under one paid plan. It's easy to manage a team with their Slack alternative.

Zoho CRM handles all my data perfectly. I have the ability to get the meetings and calls inside the CRM, which is a great addition. Sending quotations is really easy compared to other apps I used recently. Having less learning makes it better to use for [my team and me]. I am looking for a booking [form] which can be embedded on my website.
