Inexpensive, but disappointing as a cloud and as a suite
Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
Currently, we are only using Zoho CRM in my division, which does SaaS Sales. I primarily use it for pipeline management and the integration to Zoho Books for quoting. I was not involved in the buying decision and regretfully had to take over the use of this product and am looking for alternatives.
- It is helpful to have a pipeline to view, but not being able to have reasons why a deal was lost really sucks.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (formerly Microsoft Dynamics CRM), Pipedrive, Trello, ActiveCampaign, Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) and HubSpot CRM
My predecessor chose to migrate from Infusionsoft(Keap) to Zoho CRM for the integrations to Zoho Books for quoting and RingCentral for calling from the web app. I would prefer to migrate to ActiveCampaign or HubSpot. We are likely migrating to Dynamics 365 though to tie into the other Microsoft products we use.
