Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

We use Zoho daily to track sales opportunities. It keeps all our opportunities in an organized fashion. Then we can pull data as needed. The data is then put into spreads that can be analyzed by our owners and sales leadership.

I'm computer illiterate and this software is very easy to use.
Just right. We have someone who oversees this software within the company and it makes it helpful for them to cater the software to our needs
Zoho is my first CRM software and I can't imagine using another one. Zoho is widely respected, user-friendly, and keeps us organized.

From a construction standpoint, the software has been extremely helpful in maintaining organization and tracking opportunities for sales. The data is readily available for analysis and provides a glimpse of each of our branches' success and accomplishments. For those analyzing the data it also provides a glimpse into the future with the pipeline.
