Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM Plus

We started using Zoho CRM in our Marketing and Business Development Department. As we expanded to include Social and Analytics, I researched Projects. I found it easy to use and very helpful to organized cross-functional projects.

  • Flexible to changing project structure.
  • Friendly reminders.
  • Great dashboard.
  • It is tricky moving task lists between milestones.
  • I would like to define a project template with variable users.
  • We are completing projects on time.
  • We are gaining marketshare.
Zoho offers more than just project management found in Trello. It is much easier to set up and use than Microsoft Project or Dynamics CRM.
I found excellent training resources online. I have not had to call customer support for problems. The sales team made it easy to go from CRM to CRM+.

Zoho CRM Plus is great for start-ups. Since it is cloud-based, it is easy to share data.
