Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM Plus
It's been just over a year that we moved to Zoho CRM and it was one of the best decisions we took. Apart from being cost-efficient, it has been easy to implement and adapt to our daily sales process and see our strengths and weakness very easily. Being an inventory-intensive company the synchronization between various modules has been a charm.
Pros
- Lead monitoring.
- Keeping in touch with existing clients.
- Upselling and cross selling.
- Adding new leads and contacts to database.
- Map view make it easy for field sales reps to identify nearby clients to optimize time.
Cons
- SALES IQ their web chat needs to be simplified.
- Customization of cross linking needs to be simplified.
- ROI improvements mostly seen by means of optimization of the process and not requiring more hires to manage paperwork.
- HubSpot Sales, Streak and Basecamp
There are few we have experimented with. But nothing is as simple as Zoho. But let me tell you, you will need a lot of work to go in before you go live, but the Zoho helpline has been extremely proactive and fast when it comes to answering any of my concerns. What I like about their service is they never ask you what kind of price plan are you on they provide you with the best answer they have and if not they will be the first ones to apologize. Their service team is so eloquent with their product that it makes me wonder why did I not look at it first.
