Zoho CRM Plus helps us with a broad number of daily tasks including Sales, Marketing and Service. Its broad array of integrations to phone and accounting systems make many things one-click and done enabling us to work smarter, not harder.
  • Keep us in contact with customers.
  • Automates leads followup.
  • Makes it easy for our sales folks to know service history and service to be aware of sales activity with leads and customers.
  • Cannot think of any.
  • It has kept us on-track for sales that have slipped through the cracks in the past.
  • Easy to create campaigns even non-technical sales folks can use.
  • Customers like the attentiveness and support provided with Zoho Desk.
  • Easy to create dashboards help keep employees focused on tasks that maintain productivity.
  • Seamless integration into MS Outlook helps keep us organized and prioritize time with SalesInbox.

Zoho CRM Plus had features we needed that Maximizer CRM had fallen behind on.

When selecting a new CRM our whole team trialed several systems and found the broad array of features to be the best for our organization.

Having been leery of SaaS solutions, the migration from a self-hosted to hosted solution was almost painless. Any issues we had were typically addressed by Zoho Support in MINUTES, not days. Another big plus for me has been the active user community and Zoholics interactions. A great way to learn from peers. Their training events are well organized and the trainers have proven to be SME.
