Zoho Social has helped save time in managing our several Social Media pages. Having one platform where you can handle almost all internet-related tasks is very convenient. Anyone who wants to succeed in business today has to take their business online and Zoho Social is just that one tool you can't do without.

- You cannot manage ads on Zoho Social. It would be more convenient if you could manage social media ads on the platform.
- You cannot upload more than one picture in a single post.
- Generally a good, all rounded platform.
- Time saved in managing multiple social media networks.
- Good reports generation for better decision making.
- Batching of work though scheduling of posts.
The primary reason we settled for Zoho is the cost. Zoho is an affordable app compared to other similar platforms. Apart from that, they have the broadest suite of apps that could be integrated with each other making it very easy for information to be shared across different departments. Social Media can be integrated into CRM and CRM integrated with accounting. It just simply is broad enough to cover all aspects of the business. Human resources is also included and payroll. They have also been very consistent with their service delivery.
