Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
I use Zoho Social for scheduling my posts across multiple social media channels. It's a great product to consolidate my efforts for social media, and keep track on progress and results. It's a great tool for agencies to use for their social media clients, and I am loving the product too.
I have used Sprout Social in the past, which is a great product in itself and covers almost every aspect that Zoho Social covers in terms of social media channels. However, Sprout Social is really expensive as a sole product, and also doesn't have integrations with other softwares like Zoho Social does.

This rating is to show that Zoho Social is an excellent overall product for all kinds of social media management needs like scheduling, calendars, and posting across channels like Facebook ,Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. However, it is still at an early stage and there are lot of small fixes that it will need.
I am giving this rating because Zoho Social support is excellent. Zoho Social in itself has a great support staff that is always ready to help with whatever help is required worldwide. I have never had any issues with the support staff, and hope for their continued support in the future too.
Zoho Social is well suited for agencies who have multiple clients to manage and multiple social media channels for each client. It is brilliantly priced and I would surely recommend it. However, it is at an early stage and there are lot of small issues. Otherwise, it is a great overall product.
