  • All-in-one platform -- can post to multiple social accounts.
  • Scheduling - post ahead so things are more manageable.
  • Analytics - see how posts performed.
  • Instagram - can't post multiple images.
  • Twitter - remove size restriction for videos or allow user to resize in the platform.
  • Instagram - allow "@" to find the users like Twitter.
  • Analytics - add native posts to analysis.
  • Better visibility on social activity.
  • Able to track audience and engagement trends.
  • Budget friendly and easy to use.
Better team usage and analytics than Hootsuite. Better price tag than Sprout.

Fairly easy to use, though some third-party app challenges that make it cumbersome at times.
Support is fine as long as the platform does what you want it to do. Otherwise you get a 'blank stare' from the support team.
Great all-in-one posting and analytics tool for a small- to medium-sized business with limited staff and resources.
