Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

Scheduling and being able to post content onto our various social media platforms are much more efficient now and can be done from one convenient place. The integration with the other Zoho apps such as allowing other moderators to approve certain posts is a huge plus side as well.
  • Scheduling posts.
  • Scheduling reports.
  • Integration with staff approval of posts.
  • Not being able to log onto multiple social media accounts of the same social media platform (such as logging onto 2 Twitter accounts) in the same brand.
  • Upkeep on social pages never becomes a toll.

Easy to use with little to no complex UI.
Incredible personal support from Zoho staff with amazing response times.
Organizing your social media posts is made much easier with this. Pricing can be a bit much for a smaller business.
