Amazing social scheduling experience, [I] have been using Zoho Social for the longest time and have been recommending the platform to all my clients and partners. [It is] truly a seamless social scheduling system, very easy to manage content and calendars, especially working with teams is super effective and easy, linking accounts also cannot get simpler. As an agency we manage multiple brands, Zoho Social makes it easy to switch between brands and assign team members to manage specific accounts for clients.

The overall functions of this [are] great. [However,] it's missing the new social features such as stories and reels. [It] would be extremely useful to have those features covered since that is now responsible for boosting social media performance and the social platform algorithm demands it.
Great support team, hardly have issues, but they are constantly available to help and guide you through the process of setting up to managing.
It's great for day-to-day social media planning and scheduling especially for agencies that manage multiple brands. The only challenge is with the demand for reels, stories, and other prevailing platforms Zoho Social does not offer any features to manage those effectively. Also, a good tool would be to have influencer management which is also missing. But overall great for its core function of social media post scheduling.
