Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

I needed one simple tool that would let me schedule to all the platforms that I as seeing success on for my tutoring business as well as something to offer to my social media clients. It needed to be easy to use and make my life easier. So far I have been impressed by all the Zoho products, but Zoho Social is the best social media tool I have trialed. I can't wait to get my clients switched over to it too!

Pros

  • Variety in platforms you can post too.
  • The free trial is long enough to really see what it can do
  • Easy of use
  • Time saver!

Cons

  • Sometimes posting seems a little slow.
  • I wish I could see what it would look like for my clients for ease of use
  • I save so much time.
  • I feel like I am more effective with using the content. Before I might forget to post to a platform or post a graphic with no copy.
It is easy to use. Its clean looking and its easy to see the tools you need and it functions well. I haven't ever had it freeze and lose my work or disconnect like I have with other social media tools.
I have had to reconnect many of them or just have them bog down and freeze. The only one that doesn't give me problems in Meta, but it only posts to the two platforms. I love that Zoho Social lets me post to so many platforms at one time.

I don't think it would be appropriate for a new small business. I think its better for established businesses that are dedicated to growing their social media with consistent posting. No more forgotten posts when you can use one platform to schedule them all!
