Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

I use Zoho Social to post content related to our nonprofit. It is great to be able to post one time to multiple social media accounts, which saves an abundance of time. This platform is less expensive than other similar platforms, is user-friendly, and looks great! I am so glad to have found Zoho Social!

Cons

  • I have not found any need for improvement on Zoho Social's part so far.

It is very easy to post to multiple social media platforms at one time and to Pinterest and post videos to YouTube. The interface is user-friendly, and it has a lot of great features, including the ability to run multiple types of reports. Another great feature is the ability to add team members to the account.
Zoho Social's payment structure is much more affordable than Hootsuite. As a nonprofit, we were paying $37.50 a month, and then Hootsuite increased the monthly payment amount, doubling it to $75 a month. As a small, self-funded nonprofit, we could not continue using Hootsuite at that price.

Compared to other platforms offering similar functions, Zoho Social is much more affordable for a small, growing nonprofit like ours. They offer a free trial period and even extend the trial to 100 days after submitting reviews of the platform. Even beyond the trial period, the monthly rate is more than reasonable and very affordable.
