Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

I am quite amazed by the features of Zoho Social. I already used and checked out so many tools and there's always something missing. Zoho Social has everything we need for a B2B company and has the best price/quality for our use & analytics. We are 3 users and manage 3 of our channels + 10 Linkedin profiles of our managers and they're very happy too!

Pros

  • It takes all published posts, not only the ones you posty through Zoho Social.
  • It has a calendar where you can add other comments or items you want to post that day on internal commenication channels for example, so you have all your posts/to do's for posting what & where on 1 place.
  • It's so user friendly, I am 46 and really not into social media. I use Linkedin and that's ok but tyhanks to Zoho Social I get to know the insights of our other channels so I stay up to date on what my younger content creators are doing.
  • Good price for 3 users and features we need.

Cons

  • I didn't see big areas of improvement
  • Maybe the fact that you can't tag persons in linkedinposts but maybe that's solved now
  • It's a bit overwhelming the first days because of all the features but I have that with every new tool, I want to try out everyhing in the same time and that's not a good idea. Better take it step by step and now they have zoho spark with so many great courses!!
  • We are really saving so much time with the maangement of our sales managers' Linkedin pages. We do, but they do too, and they get much more interaction on their posts from the followers they're looking for.
  • We can easily get reports from all the channels, we don't have to go to all the different business managers from all channels.
  • We can give 1 decent report to our directors that looks very professional
I am so bad with new online tools and even I got to add all our channels without help our training!
It's also a clean interface, not so overwhelming like Hootsuite.
Kontentino is nothing compared to Zoho Social. It's good for their approval flow of your posts but that's like it. They only show the posts and analytics of the posts you published through their platform and not many to no competitors analytics. Hootsuite is good but overwhelming and way too expensive.

Based on all the security requirements from our IT department and all the features Zoho Social offers for a good price, we are even convincing our sister companies to change to Zoho Social. Also, it's so nice that it's so easy to link your channels and you instantly get all analytics already from previous posts, even from before using Zoho Social. Also, they offer a long free time so you have enough time to really get into it, not like 7 days most other platforms offer.
