Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Zoom across the whole organization. Our training programs have both synchronous and asynchronous learning. We use Zoom for all of the synchronous learning. We also use Zoom for our free training programs, which are designed to attract new clients.

Good, consistent broadcast quality
Easy log-in access
Screen sharing capabilities

Cons

Bringing a listener onto the screen, live
Ability to seamlessly include slides without having to go into screen share, then out of screen share

Return on Investment

Much more affordable and dependable than other platforms like WebinarJam, GoToWebinar
Lets me connect with my clients in a deeper way, using video and audio
I get greater webinar conversions when I use some live video with my slides

Zoom Rooms

I don't currently use them.

Likelihood to Recommend

Great for webinars, with the exception of incorporating slides when you want, without having to switch back from screen sharing. Great for online class delivery.
