- Questions are repetitive weekly, though this may be a function of our administrator, and not the platform itself. Answering the same questions every 2 weeks is an awful lot like the movie Groundhog day.
- Give employees at all levels visibility into the "How are you feeling" score to get a pulse on the entire company at once.

- While I am delighted to find that the Lattice platform offers a 360 Feedback, it is a bit rudimentary. No ability to do any statistical analysis of responses/ratings, etc. Would really like to see them beef this area up, as it is a tremendous value add to have as a part of the platform.
- I'd love to see the Lominger competency library as a standard option to choose from in the set-up. That is (in my experience, anyway) the most-comprehensive competency library available, and would love to be able to access as a standard part of Lattice.
- On the back-end of the formal performance feedback cycle, I believe those with Admin rights need to be able to have access to ALL forms at all times. We are often asked by managers to go in and make changes or edits once a review has been submitted, and at present, it takes a bit of time to find the workaround. Not an optimal approach.

This program is the absolute best I've ever used in 30 years with organizations. Not only do I enjoy being a user and "filling it out" every week- but I would personally buy it if available for goal tracking in my personal life I love it that much!

It's very simple to use - not overly complicated. You wouldn't need training to use. There are some features I never use because I don't understand -- like one on ones. However we use without and still find a lot of value in it!

The 15Five support team is amazing. They were always willing to speak with me when I did something wrong in the system and never had a harsh or placing judgment tone in their voices. They respond quickly and promptly and allowed me to learn something new each time I cross lines with them. I am thankful for their knowledge and customer service they shared with me when I needed it.

Support for Lattice is timely and effective. Even if you can't speak with someone on the support team, they have a great help center online with a library of questions that are most likely to answer any question you may have. If you need to speak to someone, they will get back to you right away.

Visually 15Five blows Yammer out of the water! Yammer was easy to use as well, but it felt very difficult to get on to and was not single sign-on when we were using it. 15Five allows for easy login with single sing on feature and has less "clicks" to get to where I need to be on the program. I also love the app way more than Yammer!

I believe Lattice is the strongest of these options because it is very customizable to each organization. Its well designed and can be used for all department needs. I found the other solutions a bit too rigid, which was inconvenient. I like the flexibility I get with Lattice.
