Please contact ADP for a product demo and ask about a hands-on "test drive" of Workforce Now.
ADP is similar to Paycom but I think Paycom was a bit more user-friendly. ADP Time and Attendance is much easier to use than Kronos was. In my experience, I was using an older version of Kronos.
I believe Workforce Now has more features available to employers, where it can become an all-in-one system for them. This is very cost-effective for businesses that use these sources.
ADP offers the ease of processing timekeeping information, support from the technical team, and state of the art mobile access for employees regardless of location.
ADP is more interactive with employees. We are able to have a benefits module with ADP that my last company didn't have with Kronos. It gives us a one-stop-shop to use which is very helpful. For the most part, ADP seems to be up to date which is user-friendly for employees …

I liked Kronos and we had Payroll Centrics Evolution Management on board to go to a bigger company. I would have liked to go to Kronos which I used for many years. They went with our sister company's ADP and I was forced to use ADP. I had used ADP prior to Kronos and had …
I am a fan favorite of how easy ADP is to use and how it functions overall. The system is wonderfully put together and the team members utilized a lot of the extra added features.
We looked this product first and actually started the conversion process before we realized it could not do some essential functions we needed. One of the simple ones was allowing for employees to select to clock in or out and not just assume the direction based on their …
