Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
I use ADP Workforce Now on a daily basis maintaining employee personal and employment data, tax changes, and banking information. Cost centers, report to managers, etc. We import time and attendance into ADP Workforce Now and process payroll.
I have worked with many payroll processing systems; however, I prefer ADP Workforce Now. I love the reporting and checks in balance features via employee insight. When I submit the payrolls, I am confident that ADP has given me all the tools to ensure accuracy.

- Offer some of the niceties in a package, not everything should be ala carte, pay for each feature individually.
- Print the 2nd line of the address on the remittance advise.
- Do not make so many facelifts that are totally unnecessary and do not add value. We are forced to learn how to navigate on a busy payroll processing day.
- ADP Workforce Now handles all of our tax filing which frees up our time to do other things. They keep us compliant communicating updates on a timely basis.
- Calculates payrolls accurately. Our management and employees have built a level of confidence due to the ease of pulling statements, year end documents etc.
- A really nice feature is the follow up email what a change has been made to banking information. There were a couple of times the employee did not make changes to their account information. This kept their funds from getting routed into the wrong hands.

COVID-19 Response
There was no interruptions during the Covid 19 crisis. ADP Workforce Now was very reliable and it was business as usual. ADP communicated well with the tax changes that were initiated during the pandemic. It was a very easy transition from office to home.
ADP Workforce Now provides great communications and reporting functions.
The webinars are very helpful to communicate changes and refresh current processes keeping us compliance. I especially appreciate the fact that the webinars are recorded and sent after the presentation for further review.
I have heard of this feature however have not been able to download it yet. I am anxious to try it out when things settle. I believe it will be very beneficial.

I have worked with many payroll processing platforms and have found that ADP Workforce Now is the most easy to use, trust and navigate. I appreciate how easy it is to import files from other platforms, the reporting features both sample and custom and tax filing functions within Smart Compliance. Also having a dedicated Account Representative is awesome.
I believe that we made the right choice selecting ADP Workforce Now. I have worked on other platforms and although they may be similar ADP Workforce Now appears to be the simplest to navigate. The support is awesome. I particularly like the reporting features, which allows us to pull information out of the system when needed.

Yes, we have many other ADP products other than ADP Workforce Now. Interacts better on one platform.
Yes - No, it was not resolved. When the New Experience was rolled out in no longer allow you to run the same report, with different criteria simultaneously. This is very frustrating as you have to wait until the report completes before it allows you to run it for a different date or company code. This was brought up at the Pro Summit and many people in the room complained about it however ADP does not seem concerned. The workaround for me was to schedule some reports in the middle of the night hoping they complete before the next report is scheduled. I sat with an ADP Reporting representative at the Summit. It did not work. Reporting was contacted, it resulted in weeks of delays. Our Account Rep was finally able to get some reports scheduled however this change should never have happened. ADP does not seem concerned with the inconvenience with the deal with it attitude.
Amy Mullins, our Account Rep, always provided exceptional support. She is very knowledgeable and makes the time to get issues resolved, even when it is not her area to support. I was having trouble scheduling a report. The service request was being worked on by Reporting. Amy went out of her way to call and resolve it when she saw there was some confusion and possibly a language barrier. We resolved it within a half hour when Reporting couldn't for weeks.
