Ayden has been a great resource for us with international transactions. We know that they can be a trusted gateway when it comes to dealing with our client's money. The portal is easy to understand. Anyone can use this payment gateway on their website or app. Small businesses also can use this gateway to accept payments from their customers. Payment notifications are instant and received fund gets settled in bank account without any delay. Provides less payment gateway charges for debit, credit, and prepaid cards where with UPI and rupay payment gateway charges are zero. It has a unique dashboard to monitor transaction details. I would like to be able to create my own reports, like a combination between "Received payment details" and "Interactive payment accounting".Maybe you can have a better integration with PayPal. The disputes are reflected all wrong in Adyen, for example if we accept a chargeback in PayPal, in Adyen we see a "chargeback reversed" status first, then we see a "refund" status. This is very confusing for us, we have accepted that chargeback, which means we have lost the case, what are a Chargeback Reversed and a Refund statuses doing here? I think PayPal is trying to unblock the transaction that received the chargeback, but this is a very confusing way of handling the chargebacks. If I look at the "Dispute transaction details" reports, all the PayPal chargebacks are "won" because of that "Chargeback reversed" status, which is obviously wrong, we lose some cases and we win others.Amex chargebacks could be integrated. We don't see them in Adyen at all.Incentivized
One of the not so convenient things on Paytm is that if there is a connection failure while making a payment, your money is not credited directly to your bank account but rather to the Paytm Wallet, and this money can only be used by the Paytm platform.In Paytm, user verification requires a personal visit to their physical offices, this can generate a lot of discomfort among potential users since if we want to use a virtual service it is precisely to encourage time saving.You should be very careful when making purchases through Paytm's direct store, since in many occasions there are products of lower quality than the one offered and even fake products, it is better to use it to make payments to third parties and in considered amounts.Incentivized
Well, Ayden is a very easy system to manage, it allow the user a nice visibility and many details about the clients. It integrated very easily to our system and allow us to increase our activity. In addition, Ayden have a very good help center that available all the time and very helpful. Incentivized
Response time are as expected, and Adyen team is always knowledgeable and are clear subject matter experts. Quite often I am assigned an engineer who is not in our time zone and sometimes 8-12 hours different from me. This causes delays in resolution due. It would be great to have a support agent who is located in the US.Incentivized
Adyen has better handling of Disputes, provides much more detailed forecasts and withdrawal reports. Adyen has a specific page to clear doubts much more complete. Adyen have not fees for processing refunds, have not fess for chargeback received, and have not fees for retry process payments. And your processing fees are very attractive.Incentivized
I use Paytm just for the ticket booking system. For most of my daily transactions, Google Pay is the way. Google Pay has provided things very simple and faster. They always focus on a user-friendly env rather than adding everything to the app. They kept the app more simple and more useful.Incentivized
I cannot see any negative impact.It is good to synchronize the payment details that come from Adyem in our CRM and this allows us, now, to manage refunds and subscriptions in there and get any action done in real time and recorded in all the platforms.Quick and reliable it is a good tool to be used for managing and checking credit card transactions details.Incentivized
It decreased checkout time for the user which allowed us to increase user experience.Rarely, I used to face issues with transactions. If order got cancelled refunding of money, settling them etc.,Since Paytm has link with UPI and I am able to collect money from any UPI applications, using credit or debit card, and internet banking it acted as single stop solution for me. There is no need to have multiple payment gateway options.Incentivized
