Overall Satisfaction with Adyen
Adyen is a our payment processor for physical retail storefronts, e-commerce, and call center/concierge, all of which utilize Dynamics 365 F&O, which Adyen is out-of-box solution for. The call center manages our wine club subscriptions, or in other words re-occurring transactions. We are about to launch wallet payments on our e-commerce store utilizing the built-in integration Adyen provides.

- Pay by Phone App, with no needed development for customers.
- Wallet Payments gives seamless checkout to customer
Adyen customer portal UI is very user friendly and great to have visibility across all merchant channels in one place.
