AeroLeads vs. Cognism

AeroLeads is well suited for small to medium-sized teams who run basic marketing campaigns (outbound) and have mediocre requirements of finding lead data. It also suits freelancers and consultants who want to generate leads and send cold outreach campaigns at a lower price.

Cognism works great for startups, scale-ups and large enterprises. It helps us close deals faster because we can very easily find the right people who can move our deal forward fast, and reach them directly instead of having to go through an HQ number/gatekeeper. It also saves us hours and hours on research we'd otherwise have to do manually.

• Emails addresses are were updated and accurate.
• Good integration with LinkedIn to import the leads to AeroLeads software directly along with its email/phone
• Integration to import leads to CRM tools like Salesforce
• Very easy to use
• Overall good service at an affordable price

• They give us a headsup if the phone number is direct, mobile, or HQ
• They advise us if the email is verified - that reduces our bounce rate.
• They also advise us if our prospect's number is in the DNC list

• AeroLeads finds only business emails and phone number - the phone number sometimes will be the corporate phone number of the company and not the office desk phone number of that prospect.

• The mobile number quality needs to improve as the connect rate is lower
• It should also add sub industries to contract the list and find ICP
• The AI assistant is not ideal

Do not have any complaints or problems with the current subscription. Unlike before, the service is also very quick and responsive. We don't have to be on their heads for any trouble. Also, the data we are receiving is very satisfactory and competent, thus we won't be looking for any other tool in the near future.

The tool has an edge over other such tools in the market for it'd pricing and the set of features available.

Cognism's UI is modern and sleek. While some functions like setting up sequences required a few more clicks than I think is necessary, every other feature is intuitive and easy to use. Everything is easy to find and users are able to quickly navigate to where they need to go for different use cases like research, email creation and sequence building

The team of AeroLeads is very supportive and has helped the company with eased installation and running.

AreoLeads is the only tool that I have found that gives this kind of information gathering/help. I have found many of the competitors to be more expensive and less reliable when gathering lead data. AeroLeads provides an easy to use professional service at a lower price point than other services. It also offers a free trial which I found particularly useful when testing the product's effectiveness.

Cognism is great as its positioned itself in the middle of the pack from a pricing perspective, as it provides quality data for campaigns. The lower and cheaper options do offer it at a fraction of the cost but that just means that data quality is lower. Cognism is the best allrounder

• One of the best thing I found free email verifier through which I was able to verify my old leads as well and for my assignment that was an efficient way I found to get connected with the people.

• The bounce rate is lower now by 50%
• The lead quality is improved by 20%
• We need all in one platform so we dont have to navigate between bundle of tools
