I like that it easily captures the data we need. There are calculator options, so it's best for our petty cash or overtime request, and the date options are best for our leave applications.

It has more features than Google or Microsoft Forms, which could make it a bit more complicated for those who have gotten used to the simplicity of both Google or Microsoft.

• There is some difficulty in understanding the training material. Make it easier to understand how to use key features in real-world work situations by providing more thorough examples or videos.
• Custom scripts would benefit from greater online training and certification options.
• The user interface is a nightmare to work with. It could take anywhere from five to ten clicks to move a file to a new subfolder.

• I understand that jotform is a business but I wish you had a little higher capacity limits on the free version
• The paid versions are a little pricey. Would be great if it was not a reoccurring monthly charge but rather a one time fee for the paid versions.

I honestly have not used the support feature with Jotform. From what I can see when I look information up, everything I want to do something that I can't figure out myself it seems to not be a possible solution or edit that Jotform is currently capable of.

Using AODocs, we can solve difficult business procedures immediately. Regular updates bring new capabilities to the platform. This workflow engine is superior to all others I've used in SharePoint and Nintex over the years. Until now, I (we) have not encountered a business problem that we couldn't solve. AODocs is a top-notch service.

Typeform is better hands down [in my opinion]. It's not even a comparison as [I feel] JotForm doesn't work properly and [from my experience I think] their support is very problematic. I would suggest using Typeform or using GravityForms as an alternative to JotForm. Whatever you do, [I feel you shouldn't] depend on JotForm for something that is important to your business or research project.
