Apollo.io vs. AroundDeal vs. UpLead

Based on my experience using Apollo.io, it is well-suited for organizations like startups that are actively looking to generate new leads to market their products, and for direct marketing using the Apollo.io mail system and filtering leads by locality, sector, or designation.

When you are tired to find prospects or companies around the web. It's well suited through its unique feature. Sometimes it gets stuck when using it in Linkedin.

UpLead is well suited for environments where there is a lot of accurate contact information to research mainly generating sales for a business. On the other hand, businesses that don't require searching up a huge amount of contact data and that doesn't add up to the sales of a business do not need to use this software.

• Apollo.io's sync to Salesforce is incredibly finnicky and created a large number of duplicates.
• Apollo.io's workflow functionality is rigid and doesn't play nicely with middleware like Zapier.
• Apollo.io is focused on helping you spin up many different emails and phone numbers in a spammy manner instead of focusing on domain reputation.

• Its better than other collecting tools
• Its good to use
• Best solution for getting marketing strategy

• More data on small and start-up companies, but this situation is understandable.
• Collecting a long list of contacts, especially of overseas companies, can sometimes take a while as UpLead is verifying the data. But the wait is typically understandable and worth it.
• Sometimes I struggle with translating job functions in a foreign language, but this is easy to overcome.

at this moment Apollo.io seems to be the perfect tool that has mastered all aspects of outbound marketing and CRM to handle and manage sales cycle.

I gave it a 7 because it doesn't help you out if you're an organization that's call-heavy, because a lot of times the numbers aren't the best. It's not accurate. If you're somebody who's email and outbound and your goal is to find that, then that's cool. It works well for it. Some of the features, the AI tools, and some additional features they have are just too complex. Sometimes it's easy to use, but at the same time, there are tools that are not efficient, and it's like, "Where is this coming from?"Especially if you're looking for your niche, whatever industry you're in, and the target word, sometimes it can't find it. You can see what people are searching for, and it just doesn't add up. If you're trying to get very, very detailed, it's not the best. Sometimes it's going to depend on your industry, of course.

The tool is robust, it's powerful, it's accurate, and it's extremely helpful and pivotal in my current banking sales role. I could not succeed without UpLead's accurate data and contact information. I'm thankful that such an incredible service exists at such a fair and reasonable price, thank you for the value that you provide your customers and thank you for making me a very successful salesman and wealthier man

The team wants to solve probelms, but we are finding that they don't know how to solve the more technical issues quickly. I suspect that they don't have a mature process for escalations, and they don't have a usable knowledge base article repository. They seems to push emails around to let us know that people are working on the issues to find solutions, but this takes weeks and oftentimes still leaves us without a resolution.

We found the contact data from Apollo.io was more reliable than Instantly.ai. We used Instantly.ai for about 6 months before stopping our use of it. Growbots doesn't give you as much volume for the same price at Apollo.io. However, we did close sales with Growbots, and we did not with Apollo.io. It could have just been our unique experience, but that's what happened.

ARoundDeal is easy to use and a good prospect collecting tool.

UpLead costs a bit more, but I found the data on UpLead to be well worth it in comparison and it was easier to transfer to our CRM (HubSpot). I like how they also provide useful API integration into UpLead and I hope they begin to offer more automation in the future.

• Apollo.io has helped me find a good set of new target audience for the business that I am in, essentially helping me build a prospective line and grow my lead database by 25 to 30% where I lack a certain skill
• The Apollo.io quality of the data that it has is significantly better through other competitors like Lusha and others
• In terms of the revenue increase, there have been certain instances where I have found a new acquirer that essentially I would not have found in a general scenario and that has help me generate from the new identified lead

• Its positive impact is finding excellent leads
• Its negative impact is giving less credits for new users
• It helps in selling products

• I haven't been using UpLead long but I have generated interest in our company with several large accounts. Each one of them can add several million in revenue to our company.
• A huge time saver is to be able to send out email blasts to potential clients I've downloaded from UpLead.
• Securing any one of the prospects I'm working on through UpLead can easily pay for the investment 10 times over.
• Most of the salespeople in our company are asking me where I'm getting my leads from.
