Finding B2B leads is the best suited scenario for using Apollo.io it uses advanced AI & integration with LLM tools like ChatGPT, Claude etc. to set templates and find recurring matching data for the set parameters Apollo.io is the largest database for leads across the countries and not specific to a particular region.
If you're using the system for lead generation and intent data, it is great. If you're able to create a CRM integration to actively pull an ABM intent data list, you'll be able to track changes in intent search to reach criteria to interact and reach out for when a buyer is ready. A lot like marketing scoring rules for interacting with your website or from a whitepaper download, intent data is great to utilize for reaching out to potential clients when the time is right. And sales is sometimes knowing when the time is right.

Integrating with Sales Navigator to help me find emails/phone #' numbers/"add to sequence" while prospecting. It's easy and seamless to find & then load contacts into Cadences.
Integration with Salesforce is a huge plus. Allows me to not worry about logging anything, but the executive team can see my activity & what is going on (emails going out, responses I get, etc.).
The analytics on the outreach data is always helpful as well (open rates, click rates, etc.).
I gave it a higher rating of 9 because I am using it as an added benefit to make my work easier and faster. I like how user-friendly it is to navigate all the features. Results were provided on time, and I was given the necessary information to accomplish the task and achieve the company's goal.
The team wants to solve probelms, but we are finding that they don't know how to solve the more technical issues quickly. I suspect that they don't have a mature process for escalations, and they don't have a usable knowledge base article repository. They seems to push emails around to let us know that people are working on the issues to find solutions, but this takes weeks and oftentimes still leaves us without a resolution.
I link the interface of Apollo.io better than Zoominfo. Zoominfo only provides a company employees and rarely the specific people I was looking for in shipping and logistics. It generally recommended higher level executives like Presidents or COO's instead of the decision makers I need to work with. I also found much of the info Zoominfo provided to be outdated. In some cases the people were no longer employed with the company
Price is a big point of choosing DemandScience Intelligence to supplement ZoomInfo. I actually use both platforms. I like ZoomInfo's larger database but the best thing about DemandScience Intelligence is confirmed connect, the ability to easily apply multiple filters, and apply confirmed connect - which is one of the best features.
I've only just started using Apollo, but with the 24 emails I've sent out using Apollo, I've already received one response, which is a much better ratio than before.
I was also able to add several companies that were not already in my Salesforce account, which appeared in Apollo.io.
