Adjust is the best, followed by AppsFlyer. The rest are a joke and should be ashamed of themselves for putting out products that don't give marketers the insights they need to facilitate growth or identify fraud.

I personally recommend AppsFlyer over the other tracking software because it's easy to use and we can get all necessary details at one click. And especially the Protect360 feature is the best fraud tracking module that I have ever seen.

Appsflyer is excellent for running numerous campaigns across many clients and keeping track of real-time performance. Attribution is top-notch and the platform is up to date with the innovations in the area while keeping its effective & trustworthy information. Exporting reports could be a bit more friendly but all in all, a truly great MMP.

The REVE Chat always help me in taking care of the report and analytics. The report of visitor analytics can be viewed on hourly, daily, weekly, monthly and yearly format. This makes my work easy at my office. In the chat history option I was able to download the conversation of my clients which helped me maintaining the archive section.

Singular is perfect for companies that have limited BI developer resources. If you work with more than a few media partners, Singular aggregates all pre-install metrics and automatically connects it to your BI data / MMP provider. This use is perfect for executives/directors that want to have a quick snapshot of their marketing spend. Singular also works well for media buyers that want to export Singular report as a base for creating optimization reports.

  • Appsflyer does deep linking well. It was reliable and works better than any past partner we've used. We no longer invest time and resources in fielding internal flags about broken links.
  • Appsflyer does particularly well at telling the story on industry landscape, identifying areas of opportunity for our brand to grow based on the depth and breadth of their experience in mobile.
  • The Appsflyer team offers best in class customer service. The account managers are knowledgeable, responsive, bright, invested and a pleasure to work with.

  • FAQ Builder is the best feature. It helped me in replying to common customer queries.
  • If the bot is not able to solve the customer's problem then it can be switched to live chat support. It makes my work easy.

The UI can be used by anyone with a little understanding of the business. However, may features are somehow hidden and the UI is a bit confusing for beginners. It's not so easy to know where each feature is. It is also not easy to figure out how certain values are calculated.

Overall support is good, fast to respond and helps us with both tool related queries as well as publisher related escalations when it comes to fraud or attribution, as they step in and help justify on our behalf. They have a very small team though in India, it's time for them to scale up the team probably and assign exclusive support folks to large clients.

When we report about a bug or a problem the support usually responds quickly and try to provide a solution/fix in a timely manner. I wish that they had a monitoring tool to notify me about bugs before I spot them myself.

One of the main reason for switch to REVE Chat was the user friendly interface. It is very easy to use and understand. REVE Chat is all-in-one platform for live chat Support. Better customisable option was one of the reason for switch. Omni channel is the best. I am about to operate WhatsApp, Messenger chats through REVE Chat platform.
