Archibus is well suited for organizations requiring heavy reporting functions, and that have complex processes for managing moves and space chargebacks. It is less well suited for organizations that require input from multiple users (such as doing an employee seating survey).

It is perfect for hybrid work. If there are no assigned desks, you can book a desk for however long you need to use it. It tells you which desks are occupied and by whom so you can know where to book a desk.

great for recurring meetings on a weekly basis when we don't have to schedule it every week - automatic feature is great. ALso like how it describves the different features each room has with photo. Filters for choosing words is great too as we can see what tech is available in each room

• They use the cloud - updates are automatic

User perspective it is simple through a web portal that shows all spaces and buildings. But as an administrator it was quite a bit of work to set up. And by extension updating is also a lot of work

Useability is right up there, some of the graphics seem a little outdated and could be updated, but navigating the maps and models is easy and you get a really clear view of the different buildings and levels within those buildings. Overall, as a user this a great tool!

Very easy to use, I have it pinned on my Chrome bar, it remembers you, so you can just log straight in, book and all is done! It is perfect. The text is perfect, the colours are great, it is easy to read, flows nicely and you can book instantly

Support is happy to help at any time. If there are bulk tasks, they are more than willing to do them for you. The staff is super-friendly, and they like to check with you occasionally to let you know about feature updates. I have never hesitated to contact them with any of my needs and questions.

Archibus compares well with other IWMS software when it comes to integrating with BIM models and reporting capabilities. I selected Archibus as it has all the tools and processes needed to manage space and moves, with the intention to expand to other modules like Lease Administration and Asset Management. The constant upgrades to Archibus also helps to keep the software up-to-date with other third party products such as Revit.

I felt OfficeSpace met the needs of our company. Other competitors had features that our company would not use so why pay more for something you are not going to use? I truly like the idea of being in the cloud. Bugs are fixed quickly and it is very easy to get on line with support to review a problem to quickly learn a new feature.

It's easier to preview the room availability and co-coordinate between users from different organizations. It synchronises with tablets in each room allowing to confirm, schedule or cancel the meeting directly from the meeting room. Also allows to add multiple users and manage them from organisation level of different companies. Totally recommend.
