Specific scenarios where Communifire would be well suited to an organisation, would be companies that are people focused and committed to frequent and open communication channels from both the top-down and bottom-up. It also would suit organizations that are committed to providing the staff opportunities to collaborate, share and actively contribute to company initiatives and planning. If these aren't elements of your organization's culture, the system would still work for you or those companies who just want to push information out and have an effective intranet. Communifire would cater to these scenarios just as well and is more than capable of providing that type of simple solution.
Easy for end-users to experience the workflow and processes (i.e. low entry barrier) and handle the tool. Easy for facilitators to create a digital board and to animate and create a good remote real-time or asynchronous experience. Moreover, it allows building Customer Journey Maps (CJM) for my end-users with very low time invested and a high level of reusability.

We work on a lot of materials across different media. Sketches could be on real paper and later scanned, or on iPad and photoshops. Prototypes could be digital CAD models or 3D-printed models and later captured with cameras. Renderings be in another programs. So having Miro as whiteboard and being able to put all kind of materials (in forms of pictures or links) in one place and arrange them in a structural way is a huge productivity advantage for us.

Communifire allows people to connect easily through instant chat and messaging. It works similarly to other social media platforms like Facebook so its not hard to learn.
Communifire makes it easy to share news and events with our community and the presentation of this information looks very professional.
I found Communifire quite easy to configure to our individual needs. There were a lot of options to turn things on or off. This was important to us because in some areas of our community we wanted to allow our contractors many features and in other areas we wanted to really limit what was on offer.
We had a big list of things we needed a platform to do. Communifire ticked all the boxes.

There are many templates available in the library: very useful for organizing a workshop that always requires a method to support collective intelligence.
Klaxoon is great for working collaboratively at the same time. It is really visual and not very difficult to use. It has different kinds of interesting features, but you have to know about them.

Sometimes locating information on a bigger board is quite difficult as the information starts to look less sorted. So there can be a little bit of improvement in terms of bigger boards
Complex features are hard to navigate and implement without a proper hand. A little bit of intuitivity can help fix that, especially for beginners

Miro saves my day. I would spend at least 4x more time on documenting my projects and work without this tool. It support my day to day role and helps me be successful while saving my capacity. This rating has a caveat - there is always room for improvement, and this team gets it. You always learn from customers how to do things better and easier, so it is a constant learning of how people use the site. Although the search engine is exceptional, most people do not use it as their first line of research. Much of the usability has to do with layout - and is not just a software usability item, so the rating is severely dependent up on the layout/options you choose for your usage. And their team will do anything in their power to get the results and layout you want. The areas that need improvement - and acknowledged by the team - are the administrative tools. There are a ton of options, and it takes a little to learn some of those. For most people, however, this won't be an issue, because the support team will always help you. This is always the case with more power. If there were fewer options it would no doubt be easier, but they give you the keys to all of the cars in the lot; so a little more to learn.
What elevates usability for me is how easily the software keeps everyone on the same page during the live session. When a team member is explaining a complex diagram, I can simply click on their avatar to instantly track their cursor and see the exact same perspective they are looking at, which is awesome.

I have not encountered events where Miro is not available. It is quite nice and reliable to be fair, even on my freemium version (startup) I don't have reliability issues. It does have sometimes where the screen refresh or "freezes" or "consumes a lot of data" and we have to rewind windows and the likes, this instances are very less

I took the loading quickly to be related to availability which I commented on before, so ditto with those comment on load time here. Although to reemphasize, Miro doesn't crash or just refuse to load like some other programs. The weak point of Miro for me is integration of files like Word, Excel, or PowerPoint (especially the later two). When you embed these, it gets slow, and complicated to bring them up while you're in the application.

We have never reached out to or contacted support because Miro's platform has been incredibly intuitive and user-friendly. The comprehensive resources available, such as tutorials, documentation, and community forums, have provided all the guidance we needed. The seamless integration with our existing tools and the reliability of the platform have ensured that we rarely encounter issues that require external assistance. This self-sufficiency has allowed us to focus more on our projects and collaboration without interruptions. There was a series of webinars which Miro hosted with our organization that went over the basics, then progressively became more advanced with additional sections. The instructors were knowledgeable, and provided examples throughout the sessions, as well as answered peoples' questions. There was ample time and experience on the calls to cover a range of topics. The instructors were also very friendly and sociable, as well as honest. Of course Miro isn't a "God-tool" that does absolutely everything, but the instructors were aware and emphasized the strengths where Miro had them and sincerely accepted feedback.

Easy to learn, Miro has a series of videos on YouTube that effectively taught this program to my team members and me. The program is drag-and-drop and works excellently. People pick up on how to use it efficiently, and it's great for organizing ideas more freely. This product is more challenging for some older audiences who are not accustomed to using a touchpad, but for most, it was very easy to use.

We selected Communifire for the excellent sales support, strong feature set and quick set up time. We were able to get started immediately and build out features as need required which led to faster execution and higher adoption rates among our team.

I like that Miro is something that anyone from any department can pick up, use and understand. You do not need specific domain knowledge. Miro has clean UI so running complex exercises becomes easier and can be easily shared across tools/platforms. Managing large number of participants on Miro is easier. FigJam on the other side is simpler and suits the needs of quick and simple brainstorm

We are still building out features of the platform but with implemention of paid features by members, we will be able to cover our operating cost of the platform.
Klaxoon allows working in a group easily at the same time for people in different places. So the main benefit is to work collaboratively and to come back to the work anytime we want.
It was especially important during the Covid period when we could not organize on-site sessions with a real post-it. It helps also for online training or digital adoption thanks to the possibility to define the digital training journey with Module/Quiz sessions/Surveys.
