ZipRecruiter is current. Monster.com and CareerBuilder.com were used in the past. As far as amount of applicant flow, Indeed.com is head and shoulders above the others. We get a lot of applicants that are not qualified at all, but that happens with any job board.

Indeed is far and above the best in its space! I have used others like ZipRecruiter and Monster, etc. but Indeed tends to be where we get the most applicants, we use that pool to do our interviews and then ultimately hire from our applicants from Indeed. The functionality is …

Indeed.com is better than most of the job sites that we have utilized, mainly due to candidate flow. However, LinkedIn Jobs continues to take first place due to its search capabilities. Indeed.com, it is more intuitive than Monster and CareerBuilder.

Well suited for searching the database for qualified resources, not well suited for those posting jobs. That is especially true if the job posted has a broader appeal, or applies to many job seekers, since it will attract hundreds that you will not have time to review. Monster.com has a very vast database, and there is always the possibility of getting the profile for a particular region or for a specific skill set. It is easier to fetch the profile from mid to senior-level roles and use search all over the world, which means global search is less appropriate because it is costly for a third party or a small company.

It would be nice if Monster could autofill resumes from applicants from information they provide once.
Applicants complain about having to fill in all of the fields for their applications - even though they have submitted their resumes.
As an applicant, it would be nice to have greater transparency and updates for when a submitted application is shared, opened, or reviewed. Otherwise there can be a sense of being "ghosted" after having applied and not hearing back.

Higher turnover in general for the positions we have hired for from Indeed which in some instances can hinder productivity. It is important to know that when using Indeed, you are getting volume/quantity and not necessarily top-performing employees.
It seems like the employees found on Indeed are constantly job hunting even when currently employed.
For our large-scale hiring, Indeed, all in all has had a positive impact as we are always able to fill the positions due to the large pool of resumes always on hand.
