Bitrix24 is suitable for processing leads, transferring information to members, tracking the conversion and communicating with colleagues. Unfortunately, all these functions, although implemented in this product, but implemented little. It is very inconvenient to work with the leads of both me and the managers

HubSpot CRM is perfect for sales/marketing teams that require a simple CRM tool with few advanced features. This is all included in affordable plans that range from free to $50 a month. The more advanced features that larger companies may need to use are not included in these plans. HubSpot provides awesome comprehensive features in some of their more expensive plans, which might be suitable for later-stage companies, not startups.

  • For communication, it allows video conferencing, and its audio clarity is very high, hence suitable for video calls within different organizations. This improves customer relationships, which translates to more sales.
  • We use it for project management like making analysis, assigning tasks, the allocation of roles, and the progress of any project we conduct within the company.
  • Good for the segmentation of customers and leads for easy communications with emails on the system. It segments based on location and activities or needs.

  • The best thing about HubSpot CRM is the ability to track all activities (emails, phone calls, meetings, etc) and link to other documents (quotes, meeting notes, etc) so we have one place where we can access anything we need to best serve our prospects and clients.
  • The integration with the HubSpot marketing platform is a huge plus as well, since we can easily see what workflows a prospect has been through, what downloads they have made, and when they reengage on our site. It's great for helping know when they're ready for another call or email.
  • HubSpot CRM is a fantastic single point of entry for prospect/client information so other people within the company can see what interactions have been made, when, and what was said/agreed upon. It helps if a client contacts a project manager with information they discussed with their strategist for example. The PM can go right into the CRM and see that email or read notes from the meeting/phone call.
  • The ability to schedule tasks has also been a huge help. It's super quick and easy to schedule a reminder for a follow up call or email right after sending an email or making a call, so you don't have to try and remember or clutter up your calendar with all those reminders. Helps make sure things don't fall through the cracks.

  • In spite of various good features of bitrix24, it has room of various improvement also. Bitrix24 has various crash reports in our organization which makes birtix24 annoying. Sometimes the downtime is more than 5 hours, which makes bitrix24 poor on the technical side. This means you cannot depend on bitrix24 for your work; you have to maintain a back up plan for it.
  • You cannot connect various other applications in bitrix24. It supports very few applications. [For example] Grammarly works poorly in bitrix24.

  • I wish there were more social media platforms, like Instagram and Pinterest, on HubSpot's social media scheduler feature. The main four are there though: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google +.
  • I wish the email previewer was faster to upload.
  • I think there is a need for the analytics to get a boost to compete with Google Analytics.

They'd explain the solution so we could learn how and why. If something we were trying to do wasn't possible, they also explained how and why.

Bitrix24 is very well suited to our oranization as per our busineess function. We need something which partly does CRM function, share function, chat, meetings. In all, we found Bitrix24 better and cheaper than Sharepoint. Sharepoint is very good but it has his own way [of doing things].

Less functionalities yet comparable to the number of usable functionalities (functionalities that ACTUALLY get used on a day to day basis by most companies). Much easier to use and more user-friendly (especially when bringing on an older, more traditional generation).

  • Yes there is positive impact from bitrix24 in our organization after implementation. It has increased the productivity of employees within the department and organization. Now the interaction between employees is quick and it helps to solve various work queries. Dependencies solving time get reduced. All this leads to a good virtual work environment.
